"We won the services of Rainbow Home Improvement through a WGBY public television auction so we weren't familiar with the company but what a lovely surprise. Tom arrived on the day he said he would. Each day he made demonstrable progress on our project. It was remarkable. The first day we had patched walls and a de-popcorned ceiling; the second day we had a new sub-floor and heating mat; the third day we had a tiled floor; and the fourth day it was grouted. The only delay in the project was one that I caused! I didn't really believe that the work would start on time or get done in the short timeframe Tom estimated so I didn't order the plumbing early enough. The project also stayed true to Rainbow's original cost estimate. We are very happy with the quality, professionalism and craftsmanship of Rainbow Home Improvement."
